Hey guys, it's Alex.

Millennials are buying homes now and even though I knew a lot about their desires, I was wrong. I'm not talking about having professional photos, using estate agents, or using apps instead of phone calls.
I'm also not talking about wanting new appliances, or choosing a home based on how far the work is.
What I'm talking about is how much millennials want flexibility, and about consequences that has on the market.
An article yesterday really made me think twice.

Millennials, more than everyone before them are wanting to move. More than 50% of renters want to buy their first home in the next 5 years.
So, if you want to capture millennial market, with the property market being as high as they are right now, it's prime time.
